Master Critical Reading & Writing

Finally! An SAT prep class that teaches content and strategy—from fundamental skills to sophisticated techniques.
LCC’s two-part series offers:

• Foundations – In this course, students focus on grammar and vocabulary, but most importantly, rhetorical reading—what the SAT tests, but which isn’t taught in other prep classes.
• Transformations – Students build on their new knowledge with this SAT Critical Reading and Writing strategy course, where they hone their speed and accuracy.

Both courses require a significant commitment, but the benefits are clear. Foundations and Transformations not only enhance Critical Reading and Writing scores on the SAT, but will help students to become better readers and writers for high school and college work.
